Listening to Swedish music\u00a0makes it easier for you to\u00a0get the Swedish language melody and pronunciation right. Swedish Websites<\/h3>\n<p>On these websites you can find useful material and inspirational content:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/8sidor.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">8 sidor<\/a>, easily understandable news website in Swedish<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tallstugan.se\/Content.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">tallstugan.se<\/a>, help with pronuncation<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.synonymer.se\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Synonymer.se<\/a>, Swedish synonyms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Or why not adding Swedish blogs deal with a topic you&#8217;re interested in to your feed reader. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloggportalen.se\/BlogPortal\/view\/TopLists?tl=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Popular Swedish blogs, here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Swedish Web TV and YouTube Videos<\/h3>\n<p><strong>News<\/strong> on the website of the federal Swedish television SVT, watch&#8221;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.svtplay.se\/nyheter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nyheter<\/a>&#8220;news there on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.svtplay.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">svtplay.se<\/a>\u00a0, best would be to choose a version with subtitles to listen to the Swedish pronunciation and learn Swedish writing at the same time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>YouTube videos<\/strong> can be used as small minute sized learning bites for your breaks. A suggestion would be to watch Swedish sketches and stand-up shows for example. My recommendations:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/results?search_query=johan+glans\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Johan Glans<\/a>, who has a rather clear pronunciation and a kind of humour nearly everyone likes or episodes of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/results?search_query=raw+comedy+club\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Raw Comedy Club<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Language Courses<\/h3>\n<p>For example at university or other public organisations. Look for Swedish language courses at local adult education centres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hejsweden.com\/en\/funny-swedish-words-and-phrases\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Funny Swedish words and phrases<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>8. Online Courses<\/h3>\n<p>Online courses are best suited for people who prefer to learn in their own pace or want to refresh their Swedish on the go on a mobile device. My personal recommendation: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.babbel.com\/learn-swedish-online\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Babbel<\/a>. Ad banners on this online course used to annoy me for years on end after I surfed on Swedish websites. When I finally decided to try it a while ago, I had to admit, that the online course is not only well thought through but also really fun. They offer courses for beginners and advanced learners. I especially love the pronunciation exercises. Follow the link and try it for free: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.babbel.com\/learn-swedish-online\">babbel.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Alternatively, as a good friend of mine recommended: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.duolingo.com\/course\/sv\/en\/Learn-Swedish-Online\">Duolingo<\/a>. Which seems to be Babbel&#8217;s main competitor on the online\/app language learning market. Just check out the free versions and see which fits better to your personal learning style.<\/p>\n<h3>9.
