Pour the milk on it.<br \/>\nAdd the rest of the ingredients. Knead the dough (if available in a dough mixer for 10\u201315 minutes).<br \/>\nCover\u00a0dough and let it rise at room temperature for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Roll out the dough so it is about 3 mm \/ 1\/8 in thick and 30 cm \/ 12 in wide.<br \/>\nSpread the room-temperature butter on top.<br \/>\nMix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle it over the dough.<br \/>\nRoll the dough the long way\u00a0and\u00a0cut it\u00a0into roughly\u00a025 slices.<br \/>\nPlace them with the cut edge upward in paper molds.<br \/>\nPlace on a baking sheet and let rise under a towel for about 60 minutes or until the buns have doubled in size.<\/p>\n<p>Beat together the egg and water.
